At Bikefactory Hawaii, we take pride in providing quality products and ensuring our customers make informed purchases. Please read our return policy carefully before completing your order.

Electronics & Devices
All sales of electronic devices are final.

Once an electronic device has been purchased and leaves our store (either shipped or picked up), it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This policy is in place due to product integrity, safety considerations, and the risk of tampering or data/security concerns.

Other Products
Non-electronic items may be eligible for return or exchange within [X] days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Returns: All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Exchanges: Eligible exchanges will not incur a restocking fee.

Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Products
In such cases, we will work with the manufacturer to facilitate a warranty claim or replacement, depending on the product’s warranty coverage.
