Want the convenience of having your order delivered? Chee! 🤙 BIKEFACTORY HAWAII delivers to door fronts across the island of O’ahu! A BIKEFACTORY personnel will deliver up to 4 bicycles and/or separate accessories. Allow 1- 3 business days for your order to be processed. When your order is ready, we will call you to arrange a delivery time to your residence or place of business. (See delivery policies below.)

HOME DELIVERY POLICIES
BIKEFACTORY will deliver to anywhere on Oahu for FREE on any bicycle purchase $300 and up with the following exceptions: BIKEFACTORY will NOT deliver to any Federal, State or Private Property and Military Base or Military Housing which requires authorization/clearance to enter. All deliveries will only be made to the personal residence or business of recipient on Purchase Order.
All deliveries are Door Front, meaning recipient must meet in front of residence or property to receive item(s). For condo deliveries, recipient must meet BIKEFACTORY Driver outside, in front of residential condo.
BIKEFACTORY does NOT include assembly of any items upon delivery, that includes any and all trainers, requested unassembled bicycles, bicycle racks, bicycle parts, etc.
BIKEFACTORY Free Home Delivery Service includes delivery of up to FOUR bicycles and/or accessories (does NOT include accessories which were installed on the bicycle).
HOME DELIVERY SCHEDULING/FULFILLING PROCEDURES:
Once purchased bicycle(s) is assembled and/or complete (Please allow 1-3 business days for bicycle assembly), BIKEFACTORY Hawaii will contact customer via phone (provided on Purchase Order) to schedule a delivery date. Delivery times are as follows: Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. Delivery dates/times are scheduled upon availability. BIKEFACTORY will try to schedule initial delivery within two weeks of purchase.
Recipient will be contacted directly via Phone Call or Text the day of delivery before or upon arrival of delivery. If recipient is not present upon arrival/ or does not respond to Call or Text, BIKEFACTORY Drivers will not complete delivery and a second scheduled delivery date must be arranged. BIKEFACTORY will NOT leave any Purchased products without a confirmed receipt present. For all deliveries, purchaser must be present to receive purchased item(s) and have a VALID ID which matches name on Order form.
All Bikes are inspected before and upon delivery. If recipient or BIKEFACTORY Driver finds any defects or damages UPON time of delivery, the recipient will be eligible to request/receive a replacement. Once a delivery is completed, all sales are FINAL and are not subject to return.
