H.R.S. “Exchange only” Policy
You must present receipt of purchase. Exchangeable item(s) must be in original packaging and in unused/ resalable condition. “All bicycle sales are final!” No exceptions.
STORE POLICIES
Discounts: CreditBack points are issued electronically at time of sale. You must present card BEFORE transaction. No discount or points on bicycle purchases.
Service work: By APPOINTMENT only. Priority labor charges will apply to any “at once” repair work. We reserve the right to refuse to work on any item(s) at our judgment. Estimates on parts & labor may vary.
Lay-A-Way Procedure: Minimum 1/3 of purchase price as down payment balance within 90 days. No refund on deposit, however funds may be credited toward another purchase.
Special Orders: Payment in full, in advance.
Payments: We welcome all major debit & credit cards, travelers’ checks, & cash. Please advise if your debit card purchase is over $25. We do not accept personal checks.
